Traveled extensively on assignment as a photographer, writer and videographer, shooting photo essays, writing stories, and filming for various organizations and television shows. Also producing limited edition archival prints for both exhibition and private collection.

Sharp Imaging – Dallas, TX | 2005 – Present

Freelance production company offering photography, video, editing, design and printing services. Extensive knowledge of both still and video camera systems, lighting, sound capture, archival printing, and digital asset management. Expertise in Final Cut Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, Aperture, Light Room, etc.

GHR/Adventures Wild – Dallas, TX | May 2008 – Present

Lead cameraman, photographer, and editor for this outdoor expedition company. Traveled extensively throughout Africa, Asia, and the South Pacific, working from the field to produce numerous DVDs, publications, and television shows. Responsible for all aspects of planning and production, equipment maintenance, as well as visas, permits, transportation and logistics.

Artizen Studios – Dallas, TX | Jan 2007- May 2008

Lead artist and resident photographer at this print studio specializing in limited edition archival prints, giclée reproductions, and high resolution scanning. Performed archival scanning and printing services for a variety of artists and clients, photographed artwork for reproduction, and documented gallery openings and artist talks.

Sight Effects – Digital Lab – Venice, CA | Aug 2003 – Dec 2005

Junior artist at this company specializing in the design and production of visual effects for commercials, feature films, and music videos. Responsible for DVD production and quality control, 2D compositing jobs, as well as organizing and cataloging tape archives and backups.

  • June 2008: Featured article on La Reunion TX’s website as a contributing artist, containing excerpts from a short story written at the time in Zimbabwe
